Do all Air Conditioning Units require inspections?

Yes! Depending upon the type of property and area which the unit feeds will determine the regularity of the inspections, but all units require inspecting at least once a year.

What will the inspection entail?

In order to carry out the inspection, the unit will be switched off and opened up to enable the assessor to analyse the various components of the unit. The various components will be assessed for the internal condition and quality. Where necessary, the unit and its components will be cleaned and disinfected. Following this, a report will be produced outlining the findings of the inspection.
